No, you do not need a doctor's referral to see a physiotherapist in Australia. You can book an appointment directly with us. However, if you are claiming through Medicare under a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM), you will need a referral from your doctor.

Do you accept health insurance?

Yes, we are registered with most major health insurance providers. We can process your claim on the spot through HICAPS, so you only pay the gap. Please bring your health insurance card to your appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 12 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
