Please direct any other questions to our email
No. All our therapists are "Primary Contact" practitioners, meaning no referral is necessary for private patients. However, referrals are needed if a third party pays for the consult - this includes Workcover, DVA (Veteran Affairs), and Medicare Team Care arrangements that require a GP referral.
Your therapist will listen to your complaint history and ask further questions to help diagnose and propose an assessment and treatment plan. Alternatives are available if something presented needs to be more suitable. You can ask questions anytime throughout the consultation, and your therapist will explain any risks and benefits. We will also give an idea of the recovery time, the number of sessions required, and costs should you need them.
You can book an appointment on our website or directly from google. Alternatively, you can send us questions via email or call/SMS at 0426132435 for more urgent enquiries.
Opening hours are indicated on google maps and can be flexible for after-hour appointments. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions.
Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing for the best comfort during our consultation. Additionally, bring any doctor referral letters, scan results, and other relevant tests. If claiming private health insurance, you will need a physical or virtual card to claim through Hicaps.
If you are running late, please call or SMS 0426132435, and we will check if there is enough time to see you when you arrive. If there is not enough time for complete and adequate service, we may need to reschedule. Late cancellation or no-show without contact may incur a fee.
If you have any concerns about our treatment, or if we promised you something you did not receive. eg. your exercise program or letter. You can contract us directly. You are our patient and should have our direction contact.
